Partywear for Kids

Surely I am not the only one who likes to dress up on Christmas Day. I have seen that a few families prefer the casual approach when dressing for christmas dinner but me, I love to buy new clothes just for the occasion.

When I was younger, we started off the day nice and early in our PJs to open the presents, then later in the morning we’d go and get dressed up in our fancy schamcy outfits to go to church. Now that I have become a mother, I want to pass this somewhat tradition on to my kids.

Last year, seeing as Amelia was only a week old on Christmas Day and being from a part of Nigeria where the 7th day is assigned for Christening the baby, the outfit theme was white/cream. This year with Amelia’s first birthday and my love for  dressing my kids up in matching outfits, I am thinking we need something that both girls will look good in. Unfortunately, finding a dress for their varied ages has been difficult. However, below are some the partywear for kids that I can see my girls wearing.
