My Wardrobe Staples

There are certain items that a wardrobe cannot live without. For me my ward has to be versatile. I have to be able to mix and match.

My number one wardrobe staple is jeans!
I love jeans and I try my best to hunt for a nice fit in different shades of colour and style. I am obsessed with skinny jeans. 90% of the jeans in my wardrobe are actually skinny and since the introduction of jeggings(a cross between jeans and leggings) I can't seem to run away from them My favourite pair of jeans right now are from Uniqlo.

Monu

I was at the National Beauty Blogging Event last week Monday and I came across a brand that I have never heard of but have grown to love.

About the brand...
Monu is a British skincare brand that has around for over 30 years. The brand has has a 'reputation for scientific innovation.

About the product....

So the product that I am loving from this brand is the Enriched Body Cream.
The cream which contains Cocoa butter, Chamomile, Vitamin A, E and B5 aims to soften, nourish and moisture the skin.

Would I use it?...
At first I only like the product because of the smell. It contains Orange, Lemon, Rose and Geranium essential oil which together smells really lovely.
But after using the cream regularly since the event I have to say I am also loving the results.I makes my skin feel nice and smooth(Like a baby's bottom)

Is it worth the price...
It is £19.50 so I would say it is worth it :D

Premier Cru Eye Cream

Last week I attended the launch of the Caudalie premier eye cream .
The event which was a brunch that took place on the Iconic London Eye was well organised. We were offered a variety to eat from smoked Salmon bagel to peppermint tea. But let's not let my love of food defeat the purpose of this post. So back to the eye cream. The launch started off with a presentation and background information on Caudalie.

About the brand...
Caudalie is a french brand who are known for their 3 active ingredients which is known as their patents.Grape-seed Polyphenols, Resveratrol and grape vine sap Viniferine which as you can see all somes from grapes.

About the product...
Premier Cru the Eye Cream is the predecessor of the widely sold Premier Cru Cream.
Retailing at £49.00 the product aims to tackle many beauty issues including anti-aging, puffiness and dark circles around the eyes.
It contains Caudalie's 3 patents alongside other key ingredients found through thorough rsearch.

Would I use the product...
Yes..although I dont think I need anti-ageing cream just yet.
The product is really good atwhat it say it does.I have been using it for the past 1 week for dark circles around my eyes and it seems to be working :)

Is it worth the price...
At £49.00 the cream is rather expensive but you only require a tiny about for both eyes and it seems to work. Long story short YES! it is worth the price but I would say buy it ifyou are looking to tackle the issues associated with anti-aging.
